Wood is alive, strong and resilient, and guarantees the ski’s continued resilience and longevity. MOVEMENT skis use only PURE wood cores; no synthetic or composite synthetic/wood cores (wood with injected foam) – (except kids skis). These cores are shaped from the most select materials, and are very accurately calibrated for the optimum result. We certify that the origin of our wood cores are FSC or PEFC (www.fsc.org / www.pefc.org). we have eliminated in our wood core assembly process the use of toxic adhesives.
