Freeski ManEvery year we introduce a new line of products in the category of Freeski/ Freeride. This year, the GOLIATH disappears to be replaced by the TRUST (178/186/194) with an oversize progressive tip and wider range of uses. Small technical modifications have been made throughout the Freeski/ Freeride the category, with the sole objective of keeping the all-round performance of each model of ski. The range includes a logical progression of width and dimensions, which has allowed us to continue to produce a model to suit any skier. |
Freeski GirlsFour of the five skis in this category carry over from last season, while a new mid-fat ski is offered in the form of the FLAIR (155/163/171). The objective in this category is for all models to be easy-skiing and forgiving with exceptional performance. The women’s range is now produced with two types of ultra-strong lightweight top sheets that emphasize the superb finish and design of the ski, while maintaining resistant to impacts and abrasion. |

AdventureNow in its second season, our ADV collection has proven to be the future of out-of-bounds and freetouring. ADV skis are designed for freetourers: skiers who immediately exit the boundaries of the resort, skiers who hike peaks for their turns, and those who enjoy extended tours. ADV is for skiers who seek adventure. Movement’s ADV skis meet these needs with wide, mobile, performance backcountry skis that are solid enough for big-mountain freeride skiing, yet light enough for long tours. ADV skis can be mounted with TECH or lightweight step-in bindings for a light and solid free-touring outfit, mounted with Alpine bindings as an agile, responsive resort ski, or with sturdy tele bindings should you choose to drop a knee. This year we have lightened our ADV line using a new, Movement-exclusive technology, MVTECH, based on a lightening of the fibers as well as optimizing the fiber’s alignment to the ski’s axis. |
X-SeriesMOVEMENT Skis is now the market leader in this very specific sector, where technology is key to success. The introduction of NORTH TPT fibre technology is proof. The X-SERIES ski range remains unchanged in name, but there have been significant technological modifications in the skis. We have optimized the production process by adding new materials, with the ultimate goal of increasing the overall skiability of each model. NORTH TPT technology remains one of the most innovative processes used in the ski industry today. |

FreestyleThree new models of skis are launched this year in this category, a category which demands constant evolution and improvement to stay ahead of the game. Within the five models in the 11/12 Freestyle program there is a shapely model called the MOSQUITO, designed to be more piste-friendly, and the SCOOP, which is the pure freestyle/backcountry replacement for the BAGGY. The FLY SWATTER and the EL LOCO remain unchanged. The Junior range is redefined with no less than 6 different sizes of skis that are now available. |
