Movement's products are available in our shops retail partners. You can also purchase our products directly from our website.

Orders

First of all, please note that we sell online on our website only in Switzerland.

The ordering process is very simple, as in all online stores: choose the products in the desired color and/or size and click on the shopping cart icon to place the order. A window with your shopping cart will appear. Press the "checkout" button to continue your purchase. A dialog box will appear in which you will be asked to fill in your contact information as well as your billing and shipping address. Then select the payment method, check that all information is correct, and finalize your order. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly afterwards. Another email from our authorized delivery person will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

You will receive an email or message from our authorized delivery person at least when your order is shipped. You will find a link where your order will be registered. You will then see the delivery time and delivery options.

There is no minimum order amount on our website. The prices are in Swiss Francs CHF and the delivery of our online products is only done on the Swiss territory.

Please note that delivery is free for orders over 100 CHF on our website only.

Once your payment is made, we will prepare and pack your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation on working days. You will receive an email or message when your order is picked up by our delivery service.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver only in Switzerland and France. If you want to order our products outside these countries, you can go directly to our shop finder and find our nearest retailer.

Delivery is free from 100 CHF/€ of purchase on our website. Below this amount, shipping costs will be 6.90 CHF/€.

The delivery time of your order will be in 2 to 5 working days since the confirmation of payment. Deliveries are only made in Switzerland and France and for a valid address in one of these countries.

Payments & Safety

We only accept credit card payments. You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.

Orders placed on our website can only be placed for delivery in Switzerland.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Returns & Warranty

You can find our warranty conditions and the procedure to follow here.

Products ordered from the website may be returned without you having to justify the reasons.

To exercise this right of return, you must send an e-mail to info@movementskis.com within 7 days from the day following delivery of the Order indicating, without ambiguity, that you are exercising your right of return.

The Products subject to the right of return must then be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt of delivery to the following address:

Only intact, unopened and unused Products will be taken back. The corresponding delivery note must be sent with the returned Products. No right of return is possible on Products on sale and safety equipment such as helmets. If the conditions are met, the price of the returned Product(s) will be refunded, excluding delivery costs and any costs related to the method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the Products returned are not in perfect condition or have been used.

The return costs are at your expense. You also assume the risk of the product not reaching us or being damaged on return.
